Getting started
How do I start using SeenRank?
Run the free check first. It asks AI one real customer question about your business, live, with no signup and no card.
When you want the full picture, pick a plan (every plan starts with 7 days free), add your business, and choose the questions your customers ask. We suggest the questions for you. From then on SeenRank asks them every week and shows the answers on your dashboard, with a short list of what to fix first.
Which AI does SeenRank check?
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, using the questions your customers really ask, every week. It also tracks where you show up on Google search, so the AI answer and the Google result sit side by side.
What is Iris?
Iris is the helper inside your dashboard. Ask it why AI left you out of an answer, or ask it to write the fix for you: a page for your website or an answer for your FAQ. It reads your own results, so the answer is about your business, not general advice.
Can I use SeenRank from inside Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Add https://seenrank.com/mcp as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in, and ask about your results where you already work. The steps are on the features page.
Is there an app?
There is SeenRank for Windows, which you can download from this page or from Settings. It keeps itself up to date. On a phone, use seenrank.com in your browser: every page works there, with tabs along the bottom.
Billing and plans
How much does SeenRank cost?
Solo is $39 a month for 2 businesses and 10 questions each. Growth is $99 a month for 5 businesses, and Pro is $249 a month for 15 businesses with your logo on the reports. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free. Everything is on the pricing page.
How does the free week work?
Every plan starts with 7 days free. We ask for a card to start the trial and charge nothing for 7 days. Cancel before then and you never pay.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings and press Manage billing on the Plan row. That opens your billing page, where Cancel is one click. No call, no form, no "please stay" email.
You keep everything until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge for part of a month.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Every plan has a 60-day money-back promise. Send us a message within 60 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No explanation needed.
Why do yearly plans show two prices?
The regular price is for paying by card. Paying from a US bank account costs us less, so you get that saving. It is a discount for paying by bank, not a fee added to cards. Monthly plans have one price.
My payment failed. What now?
We try the card again and email you. To fix it now, open Settings, press Manage billing and update your card. If payments keep failing, paid features pause until the account is paid up. Nothing is deleted.
I need more than 15 businesses. Do you have a bigger plan?
Yes, we put together a custom plan for you. Send us a message below with how many businesses you run, or use "Talk to us about a custom plan" under the plans on the pricing page.
Results and fixes
How often are my questions checked?
Every week, on every AI we check. Your score, the answers and your to-do list update after each round, and the weekly email tells you what changed.
Why does AI name me one time and not the next?
AI does not give the same answer every time you ask, even to the same question. That is why one answer is never the whole story. SeenRank asks the same questions every week and tracks how often you are named over time, so one odd answer does not fool you either way.
How long until AI starts naming me?
Nobody can flip a switch and make ChatGPT name you, and anyone who promises that is guessing. Fixes to your listings, reviews and website get picked up over weeks, not days. That is why SeenRank keeps checking every week and shows you the before and after of each fix.
Can you do the work for me?
Yes. Named in 90 Days is a one-time job where we fix your listings and measure the result, and Done For You is a monthly plan where we do the work and email you when it is done.
Your data and privacy
Where is my data stored?
In SeenRank's own database, hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States, with an encrypted backup every night. Any sign-in you connect (Instagram, your email for outreach) is stored encrypted, and only the part of SeenRank that needs it can read it.
Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Do you sell my data?
No, never. Our public pages carry one ad tracker, the Meta pixel, so we can tell which ads bring people here, and you can turn it off. The details are in the privacy policy.
Who can see my results?
Your dashboard, your questions and your reports are private to your account. The only public pages are ones you choose to share, like a scorecard link, and the town AI Rankings, which show what AI said about every business in a trade.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings and use Delete account at the bottom. It cancels your subscription first. Your data is hidden for 30 days in case you change your mind, then everything is deleted for good. Every way to have data deleted is on the data deletion page.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Send us a message below asking for it and you will have it within seven days.
Your account
I can't sign in.
Press Forgot password? and we email you a link to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived in a few minutes. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead of a password.
Still locked out? Send us a message below with the email you signed up with.
How do I change my email or password?
Open Settings. Email and Password are the first rows under Account. Press Change on either one.
How do I stop the emails?
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Emails about your bill and your account security still come, because you need those.
