Delete your data.

Email support@seenrank.com and we delete it within seven days. If you have a SeenRank account or connected Instagram, you can do most of it yourself, right now.

If you have a SeenRank account

Sign in, open Settings, and press Delete under Delete account. Your workspace is hidden at once and any subscription is cancelled. After 30 days we delete everything for good. If you connected Instagram, it is disconnected at the same moment and what we stored from Instagram is deleted right then. Or email support@seenrank.com from the address on the account: done within seven days, and we reply to confirm.

If you connected Instagram

Open Instagram replies and press Disconnect. Right away we delete your Instagram access token, the people your flows reached with their comments and messages, your results, anything waiting to be sent, and every comment and message Instagram delivered to us. Your flows stay so reconnecting brings them back; delete them on their page or email us. Then, in Instagram, open Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove SeenRank Replies.

If you commented on, or messaged, an account that uses SeenRank

Email support@seenrank.com with your Instagram username. Within seven days we delete every comment, message and record tied to it, on every account that uses SeenRank, and reply to confirm. The comment you posted and the message you got live on Instagram; delete those there. The copy Instagram sends us is deleted after 30 days in any case.
