Done For You for home services, Harford and Baltimore County
One company per trade, per county. Is your spot open?
If a Bel Air HVAC company signs up, no other HVAC company in Harford County can until that spot opens. We keep it that way on purpose: one company gets all the work we do, and its competitors in the county don’t. The rule is enforced at checkout, and the grid on this page shows every spot, live.
$309 a month, or $297 if you pay by bank. No contract. No calls.
How a spot works
- A spot is one trade in one county. HVAC in Harford County is one spot. Plumbing in Harford County is another. HVAC in Baltimore County is a third.
- One company holds each spot. While you pay for Done For You, or sit inside your 90 days, no other company in your trade and county can start.
- Taken means taken. Checkout looks at the spot before it opens. If it is held, nothing opens and nobody is charged.
Fixed by day 14. Named more by day 90. Or every payment back.
We can’t make ChatGPT name you. Nobody can, and anyone who promises it is guessing. Here is what we do promise.
First, the work. Within 14 days of your form you get the list of every listing we fixed, with a link to each one so you can check it yourself. If that list is late, every payment comes back.
Then the result. We ask ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini the 3 questions your customers ask, 9 times each. That’s 27 answers, measured the same way as every AI Ranking, and you can read each one word for word. If at day 90 they name you in more answers than on day 1, it worked. If they don’t, reply to any of our emails and every payment you made comes back. No forms. No fine print.
Questions
What does “one per county” mean?
SeenRank works with one company per trade in each county. If a Bel Air HVAC company signs up, no other HVAC company in Harford County can sign up until that spot opens. Plumbing, roofing and every other trade in Harford County are separate spots, and so is HVAC in Baltimore County.
Is it really enforced?
Yes. Checkout looks at the spot before it opens. If another company holds it, checkout does not open and nobody is charged. The grid on this page reads the same record, live.
When does a spot open up?
A spot is held while a company is paying for Done For You, or while a company that paid once for Named in 90 Days is inside its 90 days. It opens when that company cancels or its 90 days end.
Can I see who holds a taken spot?
No. We only show whether a spot is open or taken, never who holds it. That is their business.
What if my spot is taken?
You will see it on the grid and checkout will not start. Write to d1@seenrank.com to ask about the next opening. You can still run the free check to see where you stand.
Which counties are on the grid?
Harford County and Baltimore County, Maryland, the places SeenRank has measured. More counties go on the grid as they are measured.
Does the promise change?
No. It is the Done For You promise: the list of every fix within 14 days of your form, named more by day 90 than on day 1, or every payment back.
