Does the report carry my brand?
Yes. On Pro, the weekly report and its PDF show your own name, logo and color. You set them once in Settings. Plans below Pro keep the SeenRank look.
How does the free week work?
Every plan starts with 7 days free. We ask for a card to start the trial, and nothing is charged for 7 days. Cancel in Settings before then and you never pay.
What if it does not help?
Every plan has a 60-day money-back promise. If after 60 days you do not have a clearer picture of what AI says about your clients, email us and we refund you in full.
Why did I get an email with a private page?
We publish public AI Rankings for towns and trades. When a ranked business has a website you built, we send you one private page with the numbers for your clients on those rankings. They are the same numbers anyone can read on the public rankings, and the page is not public.
